Na de vele mijlpalen die Apple al heeft bereikt is er vandaag weer een nieuwe bijgekomen. Volgens onderzoeksbureau ABI Research hebben alle iPad gebruikers samen in totaal 3 miljard apps gedownload. De mijlpaal is nog niet officieel bevestigd door Apple, maar de mijpaal van 3 miljard apps op de iPad komt sneller dan de 3 miljard apps op de iPhone. Op de iPhone duurde het twee jaar, daar waar de introductie van de ipad pas anderhalf geleden was.
Afgelopen herfst meldde Apple nog dat er 140.000 applicaties geoptimalisserd zijn voor de iPad. Geoptimaliseerde applicaties draaien alleen op de iPad en niet op de iPhone. Het snelle bereiken van de mijpaal laat zien dat de tablet van Apple tot nu toe een groot succes is. Als we kijken naar de Android tablets dan zien we dat hierop pas 440 miljoen apps zijn gedownload, dit is zes keer zo weinig. We kunnen hieruit toch wel concluderen dat de tablets van Apple vandaag de dag nog altijd meer aanspreken bij de klant en ook intensiever gebruikt worden. De vraag is hoe lang dit nog zal duren en wat er voor nodig is om de consument meer richting de Android tablets te krijgen zoals de Samsung Galaxy Tab.

I been using the AC-7 Core since release had AC-7 pro before that. I is dam incredible no matter what major software daw you are using there is a preset for it. The most amazing thing about it is that it send and receives midi data.
