Om te bewijzen dat de browser in de Lumia 800 sneller is dan die van de iPhone voerde 359gsm een aantal benchmark-tests uit. De testers vergeleken de Nokia Lumia met Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) met een iPhone 4 met iOS 4.3 en een iPhone 4S met iOS 5. Pech voor Nokia, maar bij deze test bleken de iPhones toch het best te scoren. Het laden van de websites in Safari bleek toch sneller dan het laden via Internet Explorer. Het verschil is overigens niet erg groot en is meer dan acceptabel. Kortom, met de Lumia kunnen we stellen dat Nokia in 2012 weer een serieuze speler zal gaan worden op de smartphone markt.
